8 million children are separated from their families.
We're on a mission to change that.

Too often, children around the world find themselves in residential care, separated from their families. Here’s the reality—poverty, not lack of family, is the main driver of family separation. Without adequate resources, families are left with little choice but to turn to orphanages as a means of caring for their children.

We think children deserve the best—and that’s family. By strengthening families and communities, we can most effectively meet the needs of children. At Otem Collective, we work with families to combat the root causes of poverty and equip them to provide a safe and nurturing environment for their children. We also partner with orphanages to help them get children back into families.

We holistically strengthen and support families (and the communities that surround them) so they can care for their children.

Once children are in orphanages, we provide support and coaching to orphanages to get children back in families.
